We can then set up a time to meet; whether over coffee or a meal! l’ll ask you a few questions about what you are looking for — location, bedrooms, lots size and other key details along with what matters most to you for your future home. We’ll also walk through the buying process, ensuring you feel informed and confident in moving forward with me. I’m here to guide and be of service to you every step of the way!
2. Financing
If financing is needed I have a large personalized network of local agents that are available to help with any situation, I will connect you with a loan officer that will be able to assist you and meet your expectations!
3. Finding Home
The property of your choosing should reflect your lifestyle and needs. Once the Buyer-Representation Agreement is signed and you are pre-approved with your lender, we can explore your favorite areas and properties within your price range and once you find one you love we can make an offer at any time. I will negotiate the best price on your behalf and will be sure to provide a thorough explanation of all documents, contracts, and disclosures.
4. Closing & Beyond
I want to make sure you feel confident to reach out for anything else, anytime! Even after close. I was to ensure that you have everything you need beyond closing. Anything from recommended interior designers and local contractors to local eats and hidden gems, you name it and I am more than happy to help.
